Ch-ch-ch-ch-Changes

It's been a while since we talked. I believe we were still sobering up from the Christmas parties and sending fireworks in the air during New Year's. But I believe we should be cool right about now. Yeah. I am. Finally calmed down and settled down! So let's dive into my new findings!

Things I learned since I live on my own:

1. Cleaning up shit is tiring and time consuming.

That's why I avoid it at any cost. Okay, that's pretty impossible. But everything's more bearable if you crank up the music. Maybe some Imagine Dragons or One Direction (yes, we all like their catchy songs, even you).

2. My daily routine hasn't changed much.

I still go to work in Amsterdam, come home, eat dinner and watch TV shows and/or movies. And I love it. The only thing that changed is the commute and the fact that I go to the cinema a lot more now since I got a Pathé (a known cinema in the Netherlands) membership card. And I mean, yeah I really do need to see the Hobbit more than 5 times. Such strange questions you ask.

3. My bed.

My bed is heaven. And it's huge. The harem of fictional characters I started when I was about 16 could all fit in here.

4. Cooking ain't difficult!

Cooking is super fucking easy if you only do it for yourself. I know what I like, and thus I eat what I like. Perfect combo.

5. When I sing out loud, there's nobody to tell me to quiet down.

Yes. Wonderful. Now I can fully enjoy all the musical by singing along to them without disruptions.

6. I am ALWAYS in for a Cards Against Humanity game.

Don't know what it is? Come on over and we'll play. Do know what it is? Come on over and we'll play.

7. I miss out on family crises.

Like that crisis when David decided he is getting too old to care about things now and started taking dad's place on the couch. Dad quickly displayed his dominance and shooed David away. David choose the stairs to lie down and lick his wounded ego.

(David is our other beautiful redhead)

Hope you got a bit of an inside in what has(n't) changed for me since I live on my own! I promise I will still do a post about how my crib looks like. It's gorgeous, believe me.

Well, I'm off to Paris now! Ta ta!
